Out of all the great works of Miyazaki animation films, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Winds is one of my favourite! I watched this recently and I think this is cooler than Avatar in many ways. From the story background to the cool ideas behind this movie when I was not even born! (1984)!
From this article I read, it clearly explained why his films are so sought after and I often reference his films for inspirations as the women/girl in the movies are always so strong yet at the same time fully aware of her femininity and charms the world in her little ways:)
