The other day, the boss of Galta- Italian Artisan Gelato came by our shop and called out my name. Gosh I really didn't know he follows our blog! And we chatted and boy am I impressed and more in love with their ice-cream! Through our chat, I found out that it's no mass produced ice cream at all!
Every flavour is hand made in Singapore in the morning before the mall opens and all their ingredients and that spinning ice cream display are from Italy. Wow..talk about authentic quality! Right after this post, I'm heading for my dark chocolate and spicy mint dessert! Did I mention that the prices are really good too?
