We're having a fashion show at TANGS ORCHARD this Friday 7pm!

This Friday, if you're thinking of heading to town please do join us at our first fashion show at TANGS ORCHARD at Style Space on level 4! We'll be staging the show together with 4 other very talented local designers:) It starts at 7pm and we look forward to meeting all of you there to lend us your support!

The lovely headpieces Hilda and I are wearing is by the great hands of Elaine Pang from All things green and beautiful! She did some one of the kind headpieces specially for our Audi fashion show by Parco Next Next this coming Saturday:)

The Next Show

In just a few hours time, the stage will be lit up for a showdown for all the designers at PARCO NEXT NEXT and the new designers coming onboard too. We just came from the full dress rehersal and boy the show looks swell!!!! Everyone's outfit looks fab..lurveee the new waterfall location!

So if you're nearby PARCO MARINA BAY tomorrow, come join us!

Just some behind the scene pictures of the fashion show at Nafa a few days ago, all shot by lovely Hilda:) It was the first time we showcased 20 designs on stage and we heard one model kicked the heels off the stage and continued to catwalk tiptoe-ing away! That's what I call professional models! Soon I'll post more pictures and maybe a video of the show when the cd is out!

Being an iphone game addict and seeing that chuzzle my favourite character is in Giles new collection makes me an instant fan! And honestly this collection blew my mind away:)

Behind the Scene-Work in progress

I saw it somewhere in the super market one day and thought..how cool the layering textures was and I came up with the pom pom bolero idea!

Behind the Scene - Fashion Show Preparation

We arrived in the afternoon to get ready to steam our garments while the models get dolled up!

Parco Next Next Fashion Show Part 2

More Pictures from the show! I had a wonderful time chatting with the designers! Think everyone is so talented! We are really glad its over and it was really an awesome show! Thanks to all the dressers and designers who were so supportive:)

Parco Next Next Fashion Show Part 1

After all the chaos backstage..I ran with the models to get ready for the show! This was my view behind the stage.

The first outfit! My twinkle Bow dress made out of more than 100 organza ribbons all handmade by me. They are attached on press studs so the coat is versatile to mix and match with different ribbons anytime.

The 2nd outfit, a shirt dressed with pleated mushroom pleats! One of my favourite looks!

This bolero is reversible and comes in a adorable polka dot lining! And of course all the poms poms were handmade with love from scratch with knitting yarns.

I love the mini ribbons on the dress!

The last outfit, love this the most as the back design is actually pulled to the front to form the cocoon shape of the gown!

And that's me looking really nervous at the finale of the show!

ShowTime!

Finally, the time has come and Chalk is thrilled to invite all of you to our very first fashion show debut at the PARCO NEXT NEXT Fashion Showcase. Chalk will be the 3rd in sequence to showcase our collection inspired by: "Miss Dotti Bow". Do come down and say hi! Hope to see all of you there!
